In order to implement the requirements of the “Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Comprehensive Agricultural Administrative Law Enforcement” (hereinafter referred to as the “Guiding Opinions”) by the Central Office and the State Office on “setting up standards for agricultural law enforcement equipment at different levels and making overall arrangements for law enforcement equipment”, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has prepared The National Guidelines for the Equipping of Basic Equipment for Comprehensive Agricultural Administrative Law Enforcement (hereinafter referred to as the “Standard”) has been formulated, and the items and quantities of law enforcement equipment equipped by provincial, municipal, and county-level agricultural comprehensive administrative law enforcement agencies are proposed by classification.
On June 12, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued a notice on the “National Guidelines for the Provision of Basic Equipment for Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement in Agriculture”, requiring all localities to carefully organize and implement them in light of local conditions.
