TU400 is a visible spectrophotometer based on the Lambert‑Beer Law. Its dual‑beam proportional‑monitoring optical system splits visible‑range light from the tungsten lamp into reference beam and sample beam. After passing through the sample solution, light intensity attenuation is detected. The instrument calculates absorbance or transmittance according to light‑intensity difference, so as to complete spectral scanning, photometric test and quantitative concentration measurement for visible‑wavelength samples.
