1 Method Summary
After appropriate pretreatment, test samples are atomized in graphite furnace, and absorbance is measured at the wavelength of 283.3 nm. Within a certain concentration range, the absorbance of lead is proportional to its mass concentration, and the content is quantified by comparison with standard calibration series.
2 Scope of Application
This method applies to the determination of lead in drinking water.
