TU600 quasi‑double‑beam UV‑Vis spectrophotometer operates based on the Lambert‑Beer Law.
Light emitted by deuterium lamp (ultraviolet band) and tungsten lamp (visible band) passes through blazed holographic grating for wavelength dispersion. The quasi‑double‑beam optical configuration realizes reference‑signal compensation. Light passes through the sample, and the silicon photodiode detector captures light‑intensity variation. The instrument calculates absorbance or transmittance values to finish spectral scanning, photometric testing and quantitative concentration determination of samples within 190‑1100 nm.
