Light emitted by deuterium lamp (ultraviolet band) and tungsten lamp (visible band) passes through blazed holographic grating for wavelength dispersion. The quasi‑double‑beam optical configuration realizes reference‑signal compensation. Light passes through the sample, and the silicon photodiode detector captures light‑intensity variation.
