Wild Chrysanthemum Granules are newly included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2025 Edition). An HPLC testing method for its characteristic fingerprint was developed in this work.
Testing was performed on a C18 chromatographic column in compliance with the chromatographic criteria specified in the 2025 Edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The obtained fingerprint displays 12 characteristic peaks. The relative retention time deviation of Peak 1 is 3.603%; the deviations of Peaks 2–4 range from −0.330% to 2.674%, and those of Peaks 6–12 fall between −0.543% and 0.499%. All test indices meet the pharmacopoeia requirements. This method can be referenced for routine fingerprint detection of Wild Chrysanthemum Granules.
