1 Method Summary
The sample is digested by microwave digestion. Atomic fluorescence is generated under excitation by a high-intensity cadmium hollow cathode lamp. The fluorescence intensity is proportional to the cadmium concentration under fixed conditions. Quantification is performed by comparison with the standard series.

Applicable to the determination of cadmium in nettle leaves.
